Every 2nd Saturday of the month VM sponsors a vegan dinner outing at a local veg*n restaurant.

Library Displays
Every month VM provides a display for local libraries advocating a
plant-based lifestye.

Leafletting
Occasionally VM distrubutes literature at public locations to advocate the benefits of a plant-base lifestyle.

Lectures
VM regularly sponsors local and national veg*n speakers at local libraries
and other venues.

Potlucks & Picnics
VM sponsors both educational and social potlucks and picnics throughout the entire year.

Retreat
VM sponsors an annual retreat to share with its members and the public the latest
information from the NAVS Summerfest Conference.

Tabling
VM participates in many health, environmental, and cultural events
throughout the year.

VegFest (formerly the Great American Meatout)
This is the largest annual event that VegMichigan sponsors. This festival advocates a plant-base diet.
In 2008, approximately 1,000 people attended this event held at Ferndale High School in the spring.
