Attendees will learn the nutritional aspects of a plant-based diet and taste samples of the prepared food. These classes are for anyone who wants to learn how to create delicious, exciting, nutritious and easy vegan meals.

You’ll enjoy the class whether you are a seasoned vegan looking for recipe inspiration, a busy home cook with a desire for tastier plant meal, or simply a veg-curious.

Please join VegMichigan for this fun and informative cooking class. Attendees will learn the nutritional aspects of a plant-based diet and taste samples of the prepared food. Our presenters will discuss how easy it can be to transform a standard meal into a delicious plant-based (no meat or dairy) option.

All food demos vary monthly.
