Come out and visit the Greater Lansing VegMichigan table at the Peace Education Center – Alternative Holiday Sale. The PEC Annual Alternative Holiday Sale featuring fair trade goods, local vendors and artisans, and peace & justice organizations. Celebrate this annual community tradition with us. The UU is located just east of Abbot Road across from the East Lansing Public Library.
VegMichigan’s Annual Vegan Thanksliving Potluck Dinner will be held in Troy on Saturday, November 29th. The festivities will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a buffet of delicious vegan food. Spread the word to others who might be interested in celebrating this Thanksliving feast where all can be thankful – including the animals who will not be on our tables. Please join VegMichigan for this fun and informative cooking class. Attendees will learn the nutritional aspects of a plant based diet and taste samples of the prepared food. Our presenters will discuss how easy it can be to transform a standard meal into a delicious plant-based (no meat or dairy) option.
All food demos vary monthly.

Come and join VegMichigan Ann Arbor on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Humane Society of Huron Valley, 3100 Cherry Hill Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. We will enjoy delicious vegan food, tour HSHV’s state-of-the-art animal shelter, and learn about the proposed deer cull in the City of Ann Arbor.
Remember to bring your own table service and serving utensils for the dish that you are providing. Each adult must bring a vegan dish to share that will serve 8. Children 12 and under do not have to provide any food. Coffee and drinking water will be provided.
All dishes must be vegan: free of all meat/fish, dairy products, honey, gelatin, etc.

Come and enjoy this vegan potluck at the Clerical Technical Union (Conference Room) located at the Northeast corner of Hagadorn and Lake Lansing Roads. We will begin festivities at 6:00 p.m. and will end at 8:00 p.m.
