VegMichigan’s Annual Thanks-living Vegan Potluck Dinner

VegMichigan’s Annual Vegan Thanks-living Potluck Dinner will be held in Troy on Saturday, November 30th. The festivities will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a beautiful buffet of delicious vegan food.   Spread the word to others who might be interested in celebrating this Thanks-living feast where all can be thankful including the animals who will not be on our tables.   Bring your best vegan dish to share.   RSVP prior to attending  at susan@vegmichigan.org.

Please join VegMichigan for this fun and informative cooking class. Attendees will learn the nutritional aspects of a plant based diet and taste samples of the prepared food. Our presenters will discuss how easy it can be to transform a standard meal into a delicious plant-based (no meat or dairy) option.

All food demos vary monthly.

Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 7:00 pm ~ VegMichigan Dinner at Blue Nile Restaurant, 545 W 9 Mile Rd., Ferndale. Blue Nile is Detroit’s original Ethiopian restaurant, now located in Ferndale. They offer an all-you-can-eat vegan combination including collard greens, red lentils, mixed vegetables, yellow split peas and cabbage sautéed with jalapeno, priced at  $21.00, including tax and tip. Come join us in Ferndale and have a holiday feast!  To attend, you MUST give an RSVP by December 12. by sending an email to karen@vegmichigan.org.
