Lansing Vegan Dinner Club
Dine with friends in the vibrant atmosphere of Tannin – Okemos.
Featuring creative, in-house, made from scratch Italian-world fashion cuisine using produce from a variety of local producers. Tannin creates fresh, flavorful dishes that change with the seasons and also support the growth of local food production.
We will have an all vegan dining experience crafted by Chef Nick Fila.
The meal will include:
– Bread with dipping oil
– Spring salad
– Gazpacho soup
– Main entrée – Curried cauliflower and mushroom, braised fennel, roasted red peppers atop whole grain farro. (GF)
– choice of sorbetto (raspberry red wine, pear Grappa) or banana coconut ice cream.
Cost is $20 per person. Drinks are additional. We will have individual checks with the tax and 18% gratuity added.
I’ve reserved the private dining area and also have the option to enjoy the patio if weather permits. Hope for not too hot, not too cold, but just right!
