Saved By The Barn Virtual Watch Party

If you are looking for a ray of sunshine in these troubling times, Animal Planet has new show for you, and the best part is that it is all about Barn Sanctuary in Chelsea! The first episode of “Saved by the Barn” will air Saturday, April 11, at 10:00PM Eastern. Even though we can’t gather in larger groups, we can still get together in spirit as we watch this historic and important new show about running a sanctuary for farmed animals. From the struggles to the triumphs, the animals’ stories featured on “Saved by the Barn” are sure to be the perfect antidote to self-isolation blues. So tune in then Zoom in (or Facetime, or Skype, etc.) with your friends so you can experience this together (separately).

IMPORTANT UPDATE:  Due to ongoing health concerns related to the coronavirus, VegMichigan has decided to postpone this event to a later date (TBD).


VegMichigan is partnering with Kim Ramirez of Chickpea and Bean to host a cooking demo and discussion about creating a healthy plant-based meal for the staff of Shelby Township.
