Amanda Sweetman\, Regional Director of Farming and Healthy Lifestyles for Trinity Michigan\, will give a presentation on the environmental benefits of plant-based eating. We will also be sharing information and having students sign up for our 30-Day Pledge to reduce their consumption of meat\, dairy\, and eggs.
