DESCRIPTION:Join us on a mission at Spacecat V-Stro‘s comfort food laboratory for a meal! They make most of their menu items from scratch\, and strive to provide a joyful food experience. Their goal is to create innovative dishes and surprise us with their uniqueness and flavor\nTheir vegetarian menu has many fully vegan options for us to choose from! \nVegMichigan welcomes everyone to our programs\, and\, we do ask that you enjoy a vegan meal when attending our events to support the purpose of the Meetup. \nSpace is limited. Please RSVP here to attend. \nAlso\, please note that everyone is responsible for the purchase of their own meal. Lastly\, consider bringing your own take-home containers for leftovers to conserve resources. \nVegMichigan is a nonprofit organization dedicated to introducing Michiganders to plant-based eating through positive experiences and great-tasting food with triple benefits for our planet\, personal health\, and animal well-being. These monthly Meetups have been a fun way to build community\, support those who are new to plant-based eating\, and promote restaurants who have delicious plant-based options. VegMichigan offers resources for folks who are interested in eating more plant-based\, including nutrition and cooking videos and a 30-day pledge program complete with free samples of popular plant-based foods.
