DESCRIPTION:Join us for a an all-you-can-eat prix fixe meal at Blue Nile served with injera (a spongy\, sour\, fermented flatbread)! Blue Nile is providing an authentic\, traditional Ethiopian dining experience and the food is served family style. \nPlease reserve your spot by Thursday\, November 6\, by submitting payment for your meal. \nThe cost is $29 per person\, which includes tax and gratuity. Beverages and desserts can be ordered separately at dinner\, but please note that these options are CASH ONLY at the restaurant. \nPlease Note: You MUST PAY HERE in advance to attend this event. If you only RSVP on Meetup we unfortunately can not save your spot. Space is limited to 30 people so please rsvp and make payment ASAP. \nEveryone is welcome at VegMichigan Meetups\, but we do ask that you enjoy a vegan meal while attending our events. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special FREE holiday gift swap at Ann Arbor City Hall. \n​​​How it works: Each person can bring up to 5 items in excellent ‘gift giving’ condition (e.g.\, clothing\, books\, toys\, small household items\, jewelry) and each person can take any items they like. Participants can take items without bringing anything\, or bring items without taking anything. \nPlease note: They we will not be accepting any items that are broken\, dirty\, toxic\, containing food\, or too heavy/large to easily carry. \nWhile attendees are swapping gift items\, if they are new to plant-based eating\, they can also sign-up for our 30-Day Plant-Based Pledge\, committing to eating more plant-based meals for a month and they’ll receive a free bag of plant-based foods.
