DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Oakland County Earth Day event at the Royal Oak Farmers Market! This event will feature remarks from local climate activists\, legislators and county leadership followed by an outdoor rally and march through the streets of downtown Royal Oak and a vendor fair located inside the Royal Oak Farmers Market. This year’s theme is to celebrate democracy\, our environment\, clean energy\, and sustainable transportation. \nVegMichigan will have a table here providing education on the link between our food choices and the climate. We will have some free\, light plant-based snacks. Come out to support the event and visit the VegMichigan table! \nThis is a free\, family-friendly event.
