Restaurants must offer at least one plant-based entree on the regular menu that is vegan by default, without the need for substitutions or special requests. Other types of businesses must offer at least two vegan options as part of their main offerings (e.g., a shoe store would need to have at least two vegan pairs of shoes to be considered). VegMichigan reserves the right to approve or deny any request for inclusion in the guide.
