TRAVERSE CITY – INTERNATIONAL COASTAL CLEANUP DAY

Join us on Saturday, September 19th, as we celebrate International Coastal Cleanup Day by rolling up our sleeves to protect our shoreline! We are excited to partner with For Love of Water (FLOW), VegMichigan, and Starbucks for a morning of direct impact, community, and sustainability.

Event Details
● When: Saturday, September 19, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
● Where: West End Park/Beach, 716 W. Grandview Parkway, Traverse City, MI 49684
● What to Bring: Weather-appropriate layers, sturdy closed-toe shoes, sun protection, and a reusable mug/tumbler for coffee and water!

What We’re Providing
● Clean-up gear (gloves, trash grabbers, buckets, and tally sheets).
● Complimentary Starbucks coffee, tea, and delicious plant-based morning snacks courtesy of VegMichigan.
● Free bagged Starbucks coffee grounds to take home for your garden or compost. A raffle giveaway featuring eco-friendly goodies from our partners!

Whether you’re passionate about freshwater conservation, zero-waste living, or delicious plant-powered eating, this morning is all about connecting upstream and downstream actions to keep our waters healthy and clean.
