VegMichigan will be sharing information about food choices and climate, signing up participants for our 30-Day Plant-Based Pledge, and sharing plant-based food samples with attendees.
We will provide a free presentation about the benefits of plant-based eating for health, animals, and the environment. Free plant-based appetizers will be served.
There will be delicious sweet and savory plant-based food, sustainable shopping, nonprofits working towards great causes, live presentations and cooking demos, music, free massages, fun for the kids, and free samples!
We will have a table at the Ann Arbor YMCA Block Party to spread awareness about the connection between eating more plant-based and lowering one's carbon footprint, serving plant-based samples, and inviting people to take our 30-Day Plant-Based Pledge.

Let's celebrate the beginning of summer at Jacq N' Diane's Juice Box. This cozy cafe is 100% vegan, and offers healthy and delicious dishes. Lunch will be followed by an optional hike on a trail at the Holly Recreation Area. RSVP to attend.
