Join us at our Echelon Kitchen Meetup in Ann Arbor on the evening of Tuesday, July 28 (seatings are available at 6:30pm, 6:45pm, and 7:00pm). We are excited to share that a very special 3 course meal, plus dessert is being offered exclusively for us at this 2026 James Beard Award Finalist for Best New Restaurant for a fee of $67.25/person ($65 includes tip and gratuity + booking fees. Booking fees can vary depending on the size of your party).

As part of your dining experience, Chef Joe will discuss Echelon’s sustainable approach to maximizing flavor and creating new dishes from food that would have been otherwise wasted.

After you register for the dinner Echelon will provide a questionnaire for you to complete to share any allergies or dietary restrictions that you have so that they can accommodate all the guests.
