CELEBRATE EARTH DAY IN TRAVERSE CITY

Come join us to celebrate Earth Day! At the Grand Traverse County Civic Center.

There will be live music, scavenger hunts, make-and-take eco-crafts, free (on-site) paper shredding, composting demonstrations, and much more!

Earth Day is a great day to learn about the importance of a plant-based diet and why shifting your diet from meat and other animal products to plant-based diets has a high potential for reducing carbon footprints and mitigating climate change, as well as improving human health, according to Climate Change 2022: Mitigation of Climate Change, a report from the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
