Michigan State University’s philosophy department organizes an annual conference and this year’s theme is “Environment, Science, and Society.” The organizers wanted to acknowledge the connection between food and environmental ethics by serving plant-based food at the event. VegMichigan is sponsoring their plant-based lunch and will provide remarks on the benefits of plant-based food choices on the planet.
