ENVIRONMENTAL WELLNESS EVENT AT EMU

VegMichigan will be participating in Eastern Michigan University's Environmental Wellness event by talking to students about plant-based eating, sharing plant-based food samples, and encouraging students to sign up for our 30-Day Pledge. 

PLANT-BASED PLEDGE GIVEAWAY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PRESENTATION FOR UOFM GROUP M-SAAVE

VegMichigan is giving a presentation on the environmental benefits of plant-based eating to UofM group Sustainability Applications for Aerospace Vehicle Engineering (M-SAAVE). We will also be passing out bags of popular plant-based foods to group members who signed up for our 30-Day Pledge to reduce their consumption of meat, eggs, and dairy.

30-DAY PLEDGE GIVEAWAY FOR UOFM STUDENT GROUP PHSI

VegMichigan is partnering with the UofM student group Public Health Sustainability Initiative (PHSI) for a 30-Day pledge to reduce their members’ consumption of meat, dairy, and eggs. The pledge also includes a free bag of popular plant-based foods for everyone who signs up.

PLANT-BASED LUNCH FROM VEG-N

VegMichigan is providing a plant-based lunch for a group of 80 staff members at Graff Chevrolet in Okemos. The food will be catered by VEG-N Cafe in Lansing and VegMichigan staff and volunteers will be on hand to talk to the staff and answer questions.

Join us for the 15th annual celebration of Earth Day in Monroe County, “Earth Day Expo 2022 – Healthy Planet, Healthy You.” 

PLANT-BASED BRUNCH: A VIRTUAL COOKING DEMO

Join us for a virtual plant-based brunch cooking demo from Vicki Brett-Gach and Michele Gallo. Vicki and Michele will demo six recipes and then they’ll answer all your questions during a Q&A at the end.

PLANT-BASED PLEDGE GIVEAWAY AT THE WESTLAND LIBRARY

VegMichigan is excited to partner with the Westland Library for one of our 30-Day Pledge giveaways where we give away bags of popular plant-based foods to people who take a pledge to reduce their consumption of animal products and increase their consumption of plant-based foods for 30 days.
