We are teaching an educational program to an animal ethics class at Madonna University. We will foster empathy and compassion for animals and invite students to think critically about the human-animal relationship, and to specifically question the use of animals as food.

We will give a presentation about the benefits of eating plant-based for our health and the environment, with a focus on mitigating climate change. We will also discuss pending Michigan bills that will incentivize the expansion of factory farms and how we can take action on that legislation.
