VegMichigan will be tabling at the market, sharing information about food choices and climate, and handing out delicious plant-based food samples.

We will provide an interactive program about farmed animal welfare, food choices and climate change, and plant-based living for teens who are attending the Humane Society of Huron Valley's Animal Care Residency. 

We are hosting a plant-based cooking demo with Rhoda, The Platinum Chef, to support individuals interested in plant-forward eating for their health and the environment. Chef Rhoda is making, Sauteed Curry Chickpea & Organic Quinoa Pilaf Wraps. The event is free, but we ask that you RSVP.
