LIFESTYLE STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE HEALTH

Join us for an important evening focused on preventive medicine, with featured guest, Kelly Wilson, a registered dietitian nutritionist and board-certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner from Trinity Health. Kelly will discuss the six pillars of lifestyle medicine and the steps we can take every day to prevent, treat and reverse chronic illness and live healthier lives. VegMichigan will provide a FREE delicious and healthy food tasting following the talk.
